        What is the ELL class?

This is a class during Period 7 for students whose home language is not English. For 20 minutes, I help them to practice using the textbook

English in Action. Then at 2:15, we work on content-area homework (like a resource time). During this time, I can assist students with class

assignments or to finish tests. You are welcome to put things in my mailbox--we will finish them, and then I will return them to your box.

        LAS Links Results

This is a test to determine the student’s proficiency in English. I have attached the most recent results, and will test the students again in

        January 2009.

        Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)

This plan lists accommodations to help your ELL student. Keep it with your IEPs and other confidential information.
